In our traditional self-storage buildings, we offer the following sizes: 5'x10', 10'x10', 10'x15', 10'x20', and 12'x30.
RV and Boat Storage:
We offer a wide range of sizes and types of storage for your RV or boat, all of which are on concrete with concrete drives:
Completely enclosed: 12'x30'
Covered parking: 12'x20', 12'x30', and 12'x40'
Open parking: 12'x20', 12'x30', and 12'x40'
Please note: Our buildings were built with a 3/12 pitch, which results in much higher ceilings than most storage spaces - meaning you get more cubic feet of storage space!
The smallest size unit we offer is a 5'x10' space, which contains 50 square feet. It is similar in size to a large walk-in closet and can hold a mattress set, chest of drawers, washer & drawer, bicycle, or about 100 file boxes.
A 10'x10' space contains 100 square feet. In it you could store the furnishings of a one-bedroom apartment: desk, patio furniture, refrigerator, washer & drawer, mattress set, couch, bicycles, or about 200 file boxes.
A unit which is 10'x15' contains 150 square feet. It can hold the furnishings of a two-bedroom apartment or small house with refrigerator, washer & drawer, matress sets, couches, chairs, yard furniture and equipment, ladders, tools, or approximately 300 file boxes.
A 10'x20' unit contains 200 square feet and is approximately the size of a one-car garage. It can hold the furnishings of a three- or four-bedroom house with major appliances, mattress sets and bed frames, yard furniture and equipment, garage extras, business files and inventory, and lots of miscellaneous items and boxes. This size unit would be able to hold a vehicle, but the layout of our facility does not allow for that.
A 12'x30' unit contains 360 square feet and can hold the furnishings of a four- or five-bedroom house or a boat, RV, vehicle, or trailer.
